All the other members of our chapter carry your business card, or leaflet, around with them, so that when they meet someone new that could use your products or services they're able to hand your card or leaflet out and recommend your services.

The uniquely structured approach that BNI follows means that each referral includes a contact name, address and telephone number. More than enough information to allow you to follow up all referrals and ensure they are converted in business.
